Hello friends!
OK the other day I posted a Release & Review video for Honey Bee Stamps most recent release - it's here if you missed it:
Honey Bee Stamps Perfect Day Release & Review | June 22 Release
I made a couple of cards using some of these new products AND I had some fun with the wax melts and one of the wax seals:
I die cut the new Lovely Layers Seashore elements from some Hammermill white card stock, then blended some Simon Says Stamp Pawsitively Saturated inks onto all the pieces before layering them together (all the specific colors I use are listed and linked in the supplies below).
I also ran some white card stock through my die cut machine with the Waves Pierced A2 Cover Plate which added a bunch of texture. I then sprayed those panels with Speckled Egg Distress Oxide Spray.
And then gold splatter of course 😉.
I combined colors of wax from both the Marvellous Moments Honeycomb Wax Melts and Vitamin Sea Honey Comb Wax Melts and melted them in my Wax Melting Spoon (see the video below as I show exactly how I did it). I then poured the wax onto a non-stick craft sheet and pressed in the Seashell Wax Stamper. I repeated the process for the second card, then attached them to the cards with Simon's Big Momma foam tape. For the gold effect I used a Spectrum Noir Liquid Gold Metallic Paint marker and just used the chiseled pen over the raised seashell of the wax seal.
I stamped sentiments from the Seashells stamp set with Versafine Clair Fallen Leaves ink and die cut them with the coordinating wafer dies for the outside and inside of the cards. On the insides I stamped some of the shells from the same Seashells set and that was it!
