Hey friends! I was really inspired by the two new sequin packs Simon released in their Hello, Gorgeous release that I made cards based on those colors:
The Disco Party Sequin Mix has pink, blue, clear and a peachy orange color in the mix, while the Seashore Sequin Mix has a combo of greens and aqua colors.
I started off by clear heat embossing the new Delicate Floral Mandala background stamp onto panels of Simon's 120lb Smooth White card stock.
To go with the Disco Party Sequins colors I used Saltwater Taffy, Picked Raspberry and Prize Ribbon Distress Oxide inks.
For the sentiment I used the XL Spring Greetings stamp set and Saltwater Taffy, Picked Raspberry and Prize Ribbon Distress Embossing Glaze to get all the different colors.
For this card to coordinate with the Seashore Sequins Mix I used Salvaged Patina, Twisted Citron and Broken China Distress Oxide inks. On the sentiment (also from the XL Spring Greetings stamp set) I used Salvaged Patina, Twisted Citron and Broken China Distress Embossing Glazes.
On both sentiments I used the coordinating wafer dies and popped them up with Simon's Big Momma Foam Tape.
On the insides of the cards I stamped the Delicate Floral Mandala background with Simon's Fog ink. I then stamped another sentiment from the XL Spring Greetings stamp set with Saltwater Taffy and Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide ink and that was it!
