SugarPea Designs Everyday Home Stamp and Die Set HERE

Here's what I made with the Oversized Wishes stamp set:

I did some soft ink blending using Waffle Flower's Maple Leaf Background Stencil on smooth white card stock using Simon's Pawsitively Saturated Inks.

I gold heat embossed the large sentiments from the Oversized Wishes set and then stamped companion sentiments with Nocturne ink. I of course added some gold splatter while I was at it.

On the insides of the cards I used the inks and the Maple Leaf Background Stencil again and that was it!

OK here's what I made with the Sweet Seasonal Apples stamp set:

I OF COURSE went with a Halloween card lol. Tho if I'd had the time I'd have made 3 cards as there's images and sentiments for fall, Halloween and winter/Christmas and it's all so fun and quirky. Anywho - I stamped the images onto Simon's Smooth White card stock with Intense Black ink and colored them in with Copic markers.

On the background I clear heat embossed Simon's Spider Web Background just to add to the Halloween theme.

On the inside of the card I added another sentiment from the Sweet Seasonal Apples stamp set and that was it!

Concord & 9th Double the Thanks Stamp Set HERE

Here's what I made with the I Like You stamp set:

I stamped the image from the I Like You set onto Simon's Smooth White Card Stock with Intense Black ink and colored it in with Copic Markers. I stamped the sentiment from the set beside it using Cobblestone ink.

I pulled out my oldie-but-goodie fave: Simon's Painted Friend wafer die and die cut it from some Mermaid card stock and then blended Simon's Seafoam ink over it to tone down the color to better go with the patterned paper. The patterned paper is from the Honey Bee Stamps Harvest Festival pack.

On the inside of the card I stamped the image with Cobblestone ink and added another sentiment from the I Like You stamp set and that was it!

Pretty Pink Posh Skiing Bears Stamp and Die Set HERE

Here's what I made with the Everyday Home stamp set:

I stamped the images onto Simon's Smooth White Card Stock with Intense Black ink then colored them in with Copic markers. I then paper-pieced the lamp shade, blanket and throw pillows using Honey Bee's Harvest Festival patterned paper pack.

I created the "shiplap" wall using Simon's Strips 2 wafer dies and white cardstock - so simple yet it was PERFECT for this card. For the "floor" I used a woodgrain wafer die and Neenah Desert Storm card stock.

For the sentiments on the outside and inside of the card I used Simon's XL Greetings 3 stamp set and that was it!

OK here's what I made with the C9 Double the Thanks set:

I pulled out (aka moved the stack from one side of my desk pile to another lol) Simon's Pawsitively Saturated Inks to do the majority of the stamping for these cards.

I got multiple colors of ink on the flowers by stamping them with a lighter ink then using a sponge dauber with a darker ink to ink up just the centre of the images and stamping a second time.

On the insides of the cards I stamped the big thank you with Simon's Fog ink and added the little heart from the Double the Thanks set and that was it!

Here's what I made with the Sarcastic Kitties Stamp Set:

These are 3.5 x 8.5" Slimline Cards.

I stamped the images from the Sarcastic Kitties set onto Strathmore Watercolor paper with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink and colored them in with my Karin Brushmarker Pro's and a water brush.

I used the CZ Design Everett Alphabet Wafer Die set for the "meow" and blended some Prize Ribbon Distress Oxide ink onto the letters before adhering them to the card front.

The card front panel was die cut with Simon's Slimline Nested Rectangles wafer dies, and the scalloped mat was die cut using the Slimline Scallop Frame wafer dies.

On the inside of the card (and on the envelopes) I stamped a cat image with Simon's Cobblestone ink. I stamped the heart-shaped "fur ball" with Hickory Smoke Distress Oxide ink and then stamped the sentiment and that was it!

SSS October 2021 Card Kit Unboxing + Card

Hey friends!!

So Simon's October Card Kit arrived the other day - and it's a GOOD one (I say that every month lol). With all the craziness that is STAMPtember® and all the extra videos I decided to do I finally found a chance to unbox the kit, film it and make a card for y'all using it!

I used one of the watercolor cards that came in the kit, and colored it in with my Karin Brushmarker Pro's and a water brush. I fussy cut around the top portion as I only wanted the images for my card.

I used the Kaleidoscope 3D Embossing Folder that comes in the kit and embossed the Schoolhouse Red card stock with it. I white heat embossed a sentiment from the So Talkative stamp set onto Royal Purple card stock and added the die cut Friend sentiment above it. I then splattered it all with gold watercolor.

On the inside of the card I stamped another sentiment from the So Talkative stamp set with Wilted Violet Distress Oxide ink and that was it!

Simple Thank You Card | SSS Etched Layered Daisy

Hey friends! I'm the host for this week's Color Throwdown Challenge:

You can check out what the rest of the team made with this color combo HERE <------click! AND y'all can play along too if you'd like!

Here's what I made:

I used Simon Says Stamp's Etched Layered Daisy wafer die, die cut it from Smooth White card stock then used Copic markers to color it in.

I used the Crystal Distortion 3D Embossing Folder on the Desert Storm card stock, and Simon's Etched Meadow Flower and Leaves wafer die for the leaves.

The sentiment was a combo of the Bold Thanks Wafer Die and the All The Thanks Sentiment Strips.

On the inside of the card I added another sentiment from the All The Thanks Sentiment Strips and a leaf sprig from the Etched Meadow Flower and Leaves wafer die set and that was it!

Reverse Confetti Autumn Blessings Stamp and Die Set HERE

Here's what I made with the Magical Christmas Stamp Set:

I was watching Nina-Marie Trapani's video for the TH STAMPtember® release HERE <-----click! and she made a transparent overlay with a laminator sheet and glitter. It reminded me that she'd shown this forever ago and that I'd ordered all the things to do it and then forgot about it LOL (as usual). I pulled out my massive laminator and attempted this for the first time for this card and it WORKED and it was EASY and I now kick myself for not trying it sooner LOL!!

Isn't it fun? So difficult to take pictures of - but I show it in the video of course.

So I stamped the images from the Magical Christmas Set onto Simon's Smooth White card stock with Intense Black Ink and coloured them in with Copic markers and added highlights and whatnot with a white gel pen.

On the inside of the card I added another sentiment from the Magical Christmas set along with a couple of the unicorns and that was it!

Reverse Confetti Autumn Blessings Stamp and Die Set HERE

Here's the cards I made with the Big Hello Set:

I gold heat embossed the large solid Hello image from the Big Hello set onto Neenah Desert Storm card stock. I then used Simon's Autumn Splendor Stencil over top of it and blended several Distress Oxide Inks over it.

I added splatter with the same Distress Oxide inks, and matted the panel with Simon's Peacock card stock.

I used the Autumn Splendor stencil on the inside of the cards, and stamped another sentiment from the Big Hello Set with Nocturne ink and that was it!

Reverse Confetti Autumn Blessings Stamp and Die Set HERE

OK here's what I made with the Tim Holtz STAMPtember® 2021 set:

I made 2 5x7" cards - both of them nearly exactly the same - just the backgrounds give different variations as sprays and whatnot have minds of their own of course.

Speaking of sprays:

You can still snag the Distress Holiday bundle HERE <------click! that has the fabulous Mica Spray Stains as well as glitters and holiday texture pastes. The Halloween sets are completely sold out (Ranger said they were limited and are not making more - however I am REALLY hoping they're seasonal and that they'll bring them back next year) but there are still some of these Holiday sets and I used a couple of the Mica Sprays Stains on my cards!

So I created my backgrounds using the moon mask that comes with the Tim Holtz STAMPtember® 2021 set and several Distress Spray Stains and Holiday Mica Spray Stains. Once the backgrounds were dry I stencilled the moon and then heat embossed the images from the stamp set on the background.

On the inside of the card I stamped the trees and swirls with Oxide inks and a sentiment from the set and that was it!

Reverse Confetti Autumn Blessings Stamp and Die Set HERE

OK here's the card I made:

I was very much inspired by a card Nina-Marie Trapani made HERE earlier this month. I ordered the watercolor paper and the transparent texture paste after watching her video - and both products are a win in my book lol!

I stamped the image from the Be A Sunflower set onto Strathmore watercolor paper with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink then colored them in with my Karin Brushmarker Pro's and a water brush.

I blended Simon's Limelicious and Surf inks on the background, and added splatter. I then used Simon's Large Raindrops Stencil and Transparent Gloss Texture Paste. While the paste was still wet I added Simon's Unicorn Glitter and Distress Rock Candy Glitter with Glitter Dusters.

On the inside of the card I stamped the sunflowers with Simon's Fog ink, then stamped another sentiment from the Be A Sunflower set and that was it!
