Speaking of card kits - I finally got the April Card Kit (kits get sent to me early by SSS as I design for them). Canada Post had slowed down a LOT - BUT all of a sudden it seems like things are sped up/back to normal-ish as I received multiple things this week (and some way earlier than I was expecting!).
Anywho - the kit:
You can check out the April Kit HERE <-----click! while supplies last and I have links to everything available separately in the supplies at the end of the post.
Here's the card I made:
I heat embossed the large floral cluster from the Friendly Flowers stamp set onto Canson XL watercolor paper using the Cream embossing powder that comes in the kit. I then used a paint brush and several Distress Oxide Sprays to watercolor in the image.
I gold heat embossed the butterfly from the set onto vellum, and used some of the papers from the kit.
On the inside of the card I added part of one of the patterned papers and stamped a sentiment from the Friendly Flowers set with Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide ink. I added the remaining gold embossed vellum butterfly and that was it!

I get asked a lot about where to purchase the supplies I use in my videos and blog posts. I list all the supplies I use at the end of my posts (below) or in the description box directly below my video on YouTube.

Affiliate linking is what keeps my blog and YouTube channel up and running and enables me to work from home and provide for my children! I appreciate your support more than words can say! I occasionally receive product for free from stores/manufacturer with no obligation on my part to use/review - I only use and share what I personally love. Everything else I purchase myself!
