Hello friends! I'm still obsessed and experimenting with Distress Oxide Sprays (and crackle paste - LOVING the crackle paste!). So I made a couple more cards incorporating that:
These are 3.25 x 6.25" mini slimline cards.
I heat embossed Simon Says Stamp's Sketch Tulip Bouquet (an oldie-but-goodie favorite of mine) onto Canson watercolor paper with Simon's Cream embossing powder. I then watercoloured it in using 2 Distress Oxide Sprays - Shaded Lilac and Twisted Citron.
On the background I used Simon's Spring Boho Circle Stencil with Crackle Paste over the same Canson watercolor paper. I then had fun spraying and blotting Distress Oxide Sprays over it - LOOK at that texture.
For the sentiment I painted a scrap of watercolor paper with the Pumice Stone Oxide Spray, dried it then heat embossed the sentiment from the Sketch Tulip Bouquet set.
On the insides of the cards I inked up the tulips with Shaded Lilac and Twisted Citron and then stamped the sentiment with Pumice Stone Distress Oxide ink. I paired the cards with Simon's Mini Slimline Blue Violet envelopes and that was it!
