Hey everyone! I am super excited to share these cards with y'all - I recently bought the Kuretake Opal Colors watercolor palette and decided it was high time to open it and use it. I am SO glad I did - they are gorgeous on black paper!!
These are 3.5 x 8.5" slimline cards.
I pulled out my still ALL-time-FAVORITE stamp set - Simon Says Stamp's Beautiful Flowers, and white heat embossed the floral cluster onto black card stock. I then painted them in with the Opal Colors - quick and easy. I used the coordinating wafer die to cut them out once dry and popped them onto the card fronts with black foam tape.
I added splatter (of course) using the Starry Colors palette (another favorite of mine that I use a ton - including on the cards I posted yesterday).
I stamped the Beautiful Flowers on the insides of the cards using Wendy Vecchi's Thistle ink, and then stamped a sentiment from the Thankful Flowers (another fave of mine) set with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink and that was it!
