Hey friends! So I posted this card and video <-----click! the other day and yeah.... I am just LOVING creating with sprays and die cuts. It's a definite phase at the moment for me, I have this card and video to share with y'all today and hopefully I can create some more because it's just FUN. If you don't have any of the Distress Sprays or Distress Oxide Sprays just work with what you've got. Experimenting with inks and creating backgrounds and die cuts and just all of it can be so much fun plus you never know what combo you'll come up with.
I of course used Simon Says Stamp's Spring Boho Circle Stencil - I can't put that thing down. I sprayed Antique Linen Distress Oxide Spray onto watercolor paper and once it was dry I used the stencil with some crackle paste. Then while creating the other elements of the card I added other bits of splatter till I was happy with it.
To create the flower I die cut Simon's Cosmo Flower Petals from the same watercolor paper. The petals were sprayed with Picked Raspberry in both the Distress Spray Stain and Distress Oxide Spray. The flower centre was a combo of Walnut Stain Distress Spray Stain and the Antique Linen Distress Oxide Spray.
For the CZ Design Just Because die cut I used Peacock Feathers in both the Distress Spray Stain and Distress Oxide Spray.
On the inside of the card I used the Spring Boho Circle Stencil with Peacock Feathers Distress Ink and a blending brush, and then added a sentiment from the Inside Friendship Messages stamp set and that was it!
