Ahhhhh!! Simon Says Stamp's STAMPtember release is available now!!! You can check it all out HERE <------click! This is THE biggest release of the year!! And FYI YES the products in this release will be restocked if/when things sell out just like regular SSS releases (it's only the limited edition collaboration sets that aren't re-stocked - more on that below).
For those not aware or new to STAMPtember - it's a Simon Says Stamp exclusive event that Heidi (the owner of SSS) started 11 years ago. It lasts the entire month of September. There's the SSS-exclusive release (which went live today) and then all throughout the month there's a BUNCH of collaboration sets from other stamping companies that are released ONLY at SSS and ONLY during STAMPtember. The collab sets are all limited edition and while supplies last. There's also tons of live videos, giveaways, inspiration, etc etc as well. It's a ton of fun.
I will be posting a LOT this month so stay tuned! I do as many videos as I can to share inspiration for the limited edition collab sets plus a bunch of projects and videos using the new products from the STAMPtember release!
OK I hope that explained it all somewhat! I have this post and video today using some of the new products - and will have another video going live tomorrow morning!
I used the new Large Outline Spooky wafer die and made 2 cards. One card is slimline (3.5 x 8.5") and the other card is just slightly smaller than a standard A2 (it's 3.5 x 5.5").
I die cut the Large Outline Spooky from various card stock, and used the actual rectangle part on the smaller card. For the slimline I used the outlines of the letters that the die creates and then adhered them to a rectangle I die cut using the new Slimline Nested Rectangles wafer dies (YAY for more slimline wafer dies - and YAY for basic rectangles lol - I'll be using these a LOT).
For the companion sentiments I trimmed out some phrases from the Reverse Halloween Sentiment Strips pack, and popped them onto the cards with foam squares.
On the card bases and the envelopes I blended Green Apple ink over the new Bubble Wrap stencil.
On the inside of both cards I blended the Green Apple ink over the Bubble Wrap stencil. I added a few more of the Reverse Halloween Sentiment Strips and that was it!
To see how these cards came together check out my video below:
