Hello everyone! Currently with many areas under stay-at-home orders places like Simon Says Stamp can't ship out orders at the moment - you can read more about the current situation HERE. That said, their online store is still open, you can still place orders, and you can be sure that SSS will ship them as soon as they are able! Now more than ever we need to support these businesses so that our favorite crafty places to shop can continue to operate safely and be there when it's time to get back to "normal"!
In the meantime, people like me and a TON of other crafty people will continue posting inspiration and whatnot and continue to support in whatever way we can. For today's post Simon's organized a United We Craft Blog Party!
There is a TON of inspiration here for y'all! You can check out all the links to all the posts, videos and Instagram posts on the Simon Says Stamp blog here <---------click!
For my cards today I pulled out Simon's Botanical Heart stamp set that was released a couple of months ago with their Hey Bestie release:
Of course I HAD to create with my favorite gold, black and white combo when making these cards. I inked up the huge floral heart image from the Botanical Heart stamp set with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink and stamped it onto my white card bases.
I gold heat embossed the line image from the stamp, and gold heat embossed the sentiments onto black card stock that I cut out with one of the coordinating wafer dies. I (of course) added some Studio Katia Gold Sparkle Crystals and Onyx Crystals to finish off the card fronts.
I pulled out coordinating black envelopes for these cards and gold heat embossed the large floral onto the back of the envelopes. On the insides of the cards I stamped the floral images with Fossilized Amber Distress Archival ink. I added another heat embossed and die cut sentiment and that was it!

I get asked a lot about where to purchase the supplies I use in my videos and blog posts. I list all the supplies I use at the end of my posts (below) or in the description box directly below my video on YouTube.
Compensated affiliate links used when possible at no extra cost to you. Affiliate linking is what keeps my blog and YouTube channel up and running and enables me to work from home and provide for my children! I appreciate your support more than words can say! I occasionally receive product for free from stores/manufacturer with no obligation on my part to use/review - I only use and share what I personally love. Everything else I purchase myself!
