Hey everyone!
For today's cards I kept things more "simple" - basically a heat embossed background that I die cut and made into 2 cards:
I inked up Simon's new You Are background with Clear embossing ink and white heat embossed it onto some Schoolhouse Red card stock. After that I used Simon's largest Basic Rectangles wafer dies to die cut the background into an A2-sized piece. One of the Nested Hearts wafer dies was used to cut out a heart from the background - which is what I used for the second card.
I pulled out the Kristina's Love stamp set and die combo that was released a few years ago that's still a favorite of mine! I die cut the Love word from Simon's Crimson Glitter card stock and the outline from Fog card stock. I then white heat embossed some sentiments from the Kristina's Love stamp set onto black card stock and popped them on with foam squares.
I finished off the insides of the cards by stamping the You Are background with Fog ink, and then stamped sentiments from the Handwritten Love stamp set with Schoolhouse Red ink and that was it!
