So I've made a few shaped cards with Honey Bee's wafer dies LOL!
Here's the latest one:
I used Honey Bee's new Crayon Box Card XL wafer dies to make this adorable card and "crayon box" to hold it.
Technically since this is an XL wafer die set it's too big to fit in a standard die cutting machine however I found that if I put the die through on the right angle (I show in the video) it fit just fine in my Spellbinders Platinum 6.
I used Honey Bee's Double Stitched Polygons wafer dies to cut a label for my crayon box and used a sentiment from the Brilliant Day stamp set to finish off the "COLOR" word from the Crayon Box Card wafer dies.
The die set comes with a crayon panel, and instead of just cutting it as one layer (you could, with the crayons adhered on the front and then add a sentiment to the back of it - quicker and easier!) I created a folded card and then die cut it. I die cut the crayon pieces from various colors of card stock, added the black line with a marker then adhered them to the card.
I finished off the inside of the card with another sentiment from the Brilliant Day stamp set and die cut it with one of the coordinating dies and that was it!
