Happy Saturday! I hope y'all are having a great weekend so far!
After I posted yesterday's cards using Simon Says Stamp's Delicate Flowers stamp set (click HERE if you missed that post!) I didn't want to stop using it. Since I hadn't done my Gold/Black/White treatment on that set yet I wanted to try it out and this was the end result:
A completely different look from yesterday's cards, and again totally different from THIS post I'd made using this stamp set!
I gold heat embossed one of the florals and one of the leaves from the Delicate Flowers set onto black card stock and vellum. For the florals I watercolored them with the Gansai Tambi Starry Colors set.
I used Dylusions White Linen craft paint on the card base, and gold splatter of course. For the sentiment I used my old fave: Painted Friend. LOVE. THAT. DIE.
I finished off the insides of the cards by gold heat embossing the sentiment and then stamping the flower and leaves with Delicata Golden Glitz ink and that was it!
