Oh Monday - I'm running around trying to do a million things at once and am super behind BUT the weather here is actually turning to SPRING!!! That makes me very happy - so I'll not keep complaining about all the other setbacks lol!!
SO - last week's Color Throwdown Challenge:
If you're unfamiliar with the Color Throwdown Challenge (plus want to see more ideas using these colors) check out the post HERE <--------click! All the info is in the blog there and it's pretty easy to play along if you'd like! There's a new challenge every Wednesday and it's such a great way to think outside the box - I know for me personally it really makes me think of other ways to make a card and make colors work in ways I wouldn't normally think to put them together!
So I took a lot of inspiration from the pic as well as the colors and this is what I came up with:
I pulled out Simon Says Stamp's Picture Book Moose - and of course I added Studio Katia Googly Eyes to him lol!!
I used Lawn Fawn, Neenah and Simon Says Stamp card stocks for all my die cutting and whatnot. The Punny Animals sentiment was heat embossed onto a strip of LF Moonstone card stock, and adhered over a CZ Design Dude die cut (one of my faves!!).
I finished off the inside of the card with sentiments from CZ Designs Emphatic stamp set and that was it!

I get asked a lot about where to purchase the supplies I use in my videos and blog posts. I list all the supplies I use at the end of my posts (below) or in the description box directly below my video on YouTube.
Compensated affiliate links used when possible at no extra cost to you. Affiliate linking is what keeps my blog and YouTube channel up and running and enables me to work from home and provide for my children! I appreciate your support more than words can say! I occasionally receive product for free from stores/manufacturer with no obligation on my part to use/review - I only use and share what I personally love. Everything else I purchase myself!
