Hey everyone!! We are STILL in the middle of this cold spell here - nearly every day it's been -40C or colder for 2 weeks now. Blah!
So this week's Color Throwdown Challenge is a perfect one IMO:
You can check out what the rest of the team created HERE <--------click! and there's still time to play along if you'd like!
Here's what I made:
I white heat embossed Simon Says Stamp's Center Cut Heart Background onto Distress Watercolor Paper. I then sprinkled over Nuvo's Cherry Bomb Shimmer Powder and sprayed it heavily with water. After it was dry I did it again to make the color even more intense.
I die cut the Big Friend wafer die from Simon's Doll Pink card stock and stacked 3 layers together before backing it with the outline I'd die cut from black card stock.
I stamped a sentiment from the Tiny Words stamp set onto Fog card stock and then die cut it with one of the Sentiment Labels wafer dies.
I used Simon's Autumn Greetings for the insides of the cards by white heat embossing one of the sentiments. I paired the cards with black envelopes to tie it all together and that was it!

I get asked a lot about where to purchase the supplies I use in my videos and blog posts. I list all the supplies I use at the end of my posts (below) or in the description box directly below my video on YouTube.
Compensated affiliate links used when possible at no extra cost to you. Affiliate linking is what keeps my blog and YouTube channel up and running and enables me to work from home and provide for my children! I appreciate your support more than words can say! I occasionally receive product for free from stores/manufacturer with no obligation on my part to use/review - I only use and share what I personally love. Everything else I purchase myself!
