So the newest Color Throwdown Challenge is up!! Click HERE <-----click! to check out what the rest of the team created with these colors and play along too if you can!
Here's what I made:
I pulled out My Favorite Things Brilliant Blooms stamp set and paired it with their Friend Duo Die-namics and Framework Stencil.
I clear heat embossed the flowers and leaves onto Bee water-colour paper after stamping with Versafine Onyx Black ink. I then watercolored them with my AlteNew water-colours, and added a bit of shimmer with some Ink on 3 Liquid Pixie Dust.
I used MFT's Framework stencil on the card base with white embossing paste - I forgot how much I love using just plain old white embossing paste. I ran black card stock through my Xyron Creative Station Lite to put adhesive on it before die cutting it with one of the Friend Duo Die-namics. I then stacked them all together (4 layers) to get the dimension I wanted.
I stamped one of the flowers and leaves again and then stamped a sentiment from the Anything-but-basic Friendship sentiment and that was it!
