Hey everyone!! So today is National Coffee Day, and some of the DT Members with Honey Bee Stamps created coffee-themed cards as Honey Bee Stamps is one of the Super Sponsors of the Coffee Loving Cardmakers blog!
SO - of course I wanted to play along - AND I decided it was the perfect time to do one of the BIG Give-aways I've been planning for a while!! Info on the giveaway will be at the end of this post!
I pulled out one of my all-time-favorite coffee-themed sets - the Honey Bee Stamps Coffee Break stamp set and coordinating wafer dies and the Perfect Blend set and wafer dies.
I also used my quickly-becoming-a-constant-favorite Scallop A2 wafer dies for my card front and then dry embossed the Stacking Hearts wafer dies into the card stock.
I stamped the to-go cups from the Coffee Break set onto Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 80lb card stock with GinaK Amalgam ink and coloured them in with Copic markers. I added highlights with a white gel pen, die cut them with the coordinating die, and after assembling my card I coated the hearts in the centre of each cup with Nuvo's Crystal Glaze.
I finished off the inside of the cards with more sentiments from the Perfect Blend stamp set and that was it!
