Here it is!! AmyR 2018 Halloween Series starts now! Like I mention in the video (and like I am with all the series I do) - these will be posted randomly. I will still be posting a ton of videos (pretty much a new one every day as I've been doing for a while now!) but the Halloween ones will just be sprinkled throughout!
OK - so I HAD to have a go at making a double slider card since I just got my hands on Lawn Fawn's Double Slider Surprise die set. And since I had bought the Candy Corn set last year and never got a chance to use it I decided to combine them.
I used Copics for all my colouring - pretty basic combos for yellow and orange and then my BV20 for shading.
As-is this is a 3 x 4.25" card. Rather simple - nothing too crazy. Till you pull the tabs:
Much more exciting in the video. If I could figure out how to make my own GIFs it would be perfect for this post! It's on my to-do list to figure out!
I created the double slider and covered the inserts with the candy corn stamp and coloured them ALL in. It was a tad more time consuming than what I usually do but totally worth it IMO lol!
I made a little card to go on the back of the double slider - if you cut your card stock to 6 x 4.25 and score at 3 it fits perfectly!
I used the Lawn Fawn Scripty Happy wafer die and Happy Happy Happy Add-On stamp set to make my Halloween sentiment, and then added some more candy corn and that was it!

I get asked a lot about where to purchase the supplies I use in my videos and blog posts. I list all the supplies I use at the end of my posts (below) or in the description box directly below my video on YouTube.
Compensated affiliate links used when possible at no extra cost to you. Affiliate linking is what keeps my blog and YouTube channel up and running and enables me to work from home and provide for my children! I appreciate your support more than words can say! I occasionally receive product for free from stores/manufacturer with no obligation on my part to use/review - I only use and share what I personally love. Everything else I purchase myself!
Now for a fun little giveaway - I'll mail this card to one of you! If you're interested just follow the steps in the RaffleCopter widget below (make sure you're using a current e-mail address that you check frequently (I don't keep/see any person info other than the winner's e-mail address) as that's what I use to contact the winner!).
