Hello everyone! All weekend I was thinking about making this card (lol no joke it was in the back of my mind for a while) and this morning sat down and created it:
Like I mention in the video - while I LOVE these adorable stamp sets from Mama Elephant (there's the cat one, the snowmen one (that I made cards with here) and the dog one too) I get overwhelmed at the idea of all the time it will take to color them in. While I LOVE to color....I don't have a whole lot of time. However I've seen similar examples to what I've made today that keep the colouring simple (this was 15 mins max!) and I LOVE how cute it is!
I used Copic markers to color in the bunnies and kept the colors light/pastel, and only used one marker per color - no blending.
The background was an experiment/accident on my part. I'd sponged several Distress Inks onto it over the MFT Mini Cloud Edges Stencil and it was too streaky for my taste, so I sponged white pigment ink over it. I really liked how it ended up!
I added some shimmer, and filled in the one bunny's glasses with Crystal Glaze, and added some Studio Katia Iridescent Bubbles to finish it off.
I finished off the inside of the card with some of the individual bunny images from the same set and the Happy Easter die cut from the coordinating die set and that was it!

I get asked a lot about where to purchase the supplies I use in my videos and blog posts. I list all the supplies I use at the end of my posts (below) or in the description box directly below my video on YouTube. If the products have little icons below the image it means there's more than one place it can be purchased. You can hover over the icons and it will tell you what store that link will take you to. Compensated affiliate links used when possible at no extra cost to you. Affiliate linking is what keeps my blog and YouTube channel up and running and enables me to work from home with my kids! I appreciate your support more than words can say!
I occasionally receive product for free from stores/manufacturer with no obligation on my part to use/review - I only use and share what I personally love. Everything else I purchase myself!
