Hello everyone! I hope y'all are having a fabulous weekend so far! It's SO hard to believe that Christmas is just over a week away! I am so close to having 25 videos in my Christmas Card series for this year - and I'm determined to keep plugging away until I hit that magical number!
I have been seeing "ugly" Christmas sweaters EVERYWHERE this season - I literally can't go into a store without there being a display of them it seems. So that's what inspired today's busy/crazy/fun cards!
I used Simon Says Stamp's Christmas Sweater Background stamp and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder on to Bristol Smooth card stock. I then masked off each "stripe" and sponged on different shades of red and green SSS dye inks.
I used some of Simon's new glitter card stock for the focal point - I am seriously in love with this glitter card stock. It die cuts like a dream and doesn't have that weird smell (some of you know exactly what I'm talking about!!) that some glitter papers have.
For the deer and trees I used the SSS exclusive CZ Design Coolest Yulest stamp and coordinating die set. and the die cut "ho" is from the CZ Design Hos die set (I did consider adding 3 of the die cuts to the card - but considering I was going for gaudy and fun.....LOL!).
I used the Coolest Yulest stamp and die set for the insides of the card, and that was it!

I get asked a lot about where to purchase the supplies I use in my videos and blog posts. I list all the supplies I use at the end of my posts (below) or in the description box directly below my video on YouTube. If the products have little icons below the image it means there's more than one place it can be purchased. You can hover over the icons and it will tell you what store that link will take you to. Compensated affiliate links used when possible at no extra cost to you. Affiliate linking is what keeps my blog and YouTube channel up and running and enables me to work from home with my kids! I appreciate your support more than words can say!
I occasionally receive product for free from stores/manufacturer with no obligation on my part to use/review - I only use and share what I personally love. Everything else I purchase myself!
