Hello everyone! I hope y'all had a great weekend, and here we are at the last week before Christmas! Part of me had hoped to have all my Christmas cards made and videos posted well before now (but this is me we're talking about). Another part of me enjoys it so much though that I may just keep posting all the way 'till Christmas Day (even if it bypasses the 25 videos I originally set out to do!). What do you all think?
For today's video I pulled out some of the new Pretty Pink Posh stamps and dies that I hadn't had a chance to use yet - and after making this card I made more things and so will have another video coming a little later!
I stamped all the images from the PPP Winter Woodland set onto Neenah Desert Storm card stock and coloured them in with my Prismacolor Pencils and Gamsol to blend them out (you can check out a video I did a long time ago HERE on Gamsol and Prismacolor Pencils).
I used Lawn Fawns Stitched Hillside Backdrop: Landscape die to create my background scene. I heat embossed the snowflakes with white embossing powder and sponged Broken China and Faded Jeans Distress Oxide Inks over that to create the sky. I then sponged some Hero Arts Unicorn White pigment ink over the hills to lighten them a bit.
I used PPP's Merry Christmas Script wafer die and ran the card stock through my 3" Xyron Sticker Marker before die cutting it - so it was easy to remove the backing and adhere to the inside of my card. I'd saved one of the foxes I'd coloured at the beginning and stuck him on the inside and that was it!

I get asked a lot about where to purchase the supplies I use in my videos and blog posts. I list all the supplies I use at the end of my posts (below) or in the description box directly below my video on YouTube. If the products have little icons below the image it means there's more than one place it can be purchased. You can hover over the icons and it will tell you what store that link will take you to. Compensated affiliate links used when possible at no extra cost to you. Affiliate linking is what keeps my blog and YouTube channel up and running and enables me to work from home with my kids! I appreciate your support more than words can say!
I occasionally receive product for free from stores/manufacturer with no obligation on my part to use/review - I only use and share what I personally love. Everything else I purchase myself!
