I used that set to make this card:
I created several masks for the balloons and stamped a bunch of them onto some Bristol Smooth card stock with Hero Arts Intense Black ink. I then used Distress Inks to watercolor everything in.
After I was done all the watercoloring I used my heat tool to dry everything, then sprayed it with shimmer spray. I showed in this video how I mixed Tonic's Nuvo Platinum Embellishment Mousse in one of their spray bottles to make a shimmer spray. It gives a subtle result but in real life the shimmer is SO pretty.
I also added a TON of Honey Bee's Unicorn Rhinestones - once I started putting them on my card I couldn't stop LOL! I used Honey Bee's Hooray die for my sentiment, cutting it from SSS's White Glitter card stock and black card stock.
I kept the inside of the card simple and stamped sentiments from the Honey Bee Hooray stamp set with black ink and that was it!
