Do you ever have one of those moments where the idea for a card pops into your head and you HAVE to create it? That happened to me last night. It all took on a life of it's own so I HAD to sit down and make this after I got the kids in bed. It came together even better than I expected too which is always a great thing LOL!
I used several different Distress Inks and blended them onto the textured side of a piece of Distress Watercolor card stock starting with the lightest and working my way to the darkest. I then mixed some Perfect Pearls powder in Perfect Pearl with water and splattered that onto the card stock. Once dry I splattered on some Copic Opaque white paint.
The O Holy Night and Holy Star die cuts are from Simon Says Stamp - I die cut the star from SSS White Glitter paper and backed it with 2 layers of heavy weight card stock die cuts. The sentiment was die cut from white card stock then heat embossed with Ranger's Liquid Platinum embossing powder.
I finished off the inside of the card with a sentiment from the SSS Happy Christmas stamp set that I heat embossed in the same Liquid Platinum embossing powder. I added the smaller of the Holy Stars die cuts that was also cut from SSS White Glitter card stock and that was it!

I get asked a lot about where to purchase the supplies I use in my videos and blog posts. I list all the supplies I use at the end of my posts (below) or in the description box directly below my video on YouTube. If the products have little icons below the image it means there's more than one place it can be purchased. You can hover over the icons and it will tell you what store that link will take you to. Compensated affiliate links used when possible at no extra cost to you. Affiliate linking is what keeps my blog and YouTube channel up and running and enables me to work from home with my kids! I appreciate your support more than words can say!
I occasionally receive product for free from stores/manufacturer with no obligation on my part to use/review - I only use and share what I personally love. Everything else I purchase myself!
