Hello everyone! I hope y'all are having a great weekend so far :).
I've been mulling over the idea of these much more tradition Christmas cards for the last little while. As anyone who knows me y'all know I tend towards cutesy LOL. However there's something about more classic (mature), traditional creations and I honestly have just as fun making those as I do the overly-cute.
I used a combination of new(er) and old stamp sets and dies and stencils from Simon Says Stamp to make these cards. I went through my stash and starting pulling things together and these were the end result!
The backgrounds were all created with the Frozen Fractals stencil set - I sponged Hero Arts Unicorn White pigment ink over the stencils onto Neenah Desert Storm 100lb card stock.
I used the SSS Magical Christmas stamp and die set for my main images - I LOVE this set - LOOOVVEEEE. I stamped the bear and deer images onto the same Desert Storm card stock with Versafine Onyx Black ink, and the border image I stamped onto Schoolhouse Red card stock with clear ink and heat embossed with gold embossing powder.
I used the new Pine Needle Trio dies to back my main images, and sponged more of the Unicorn White pigment ink onto them before adhering them to my card fronts.
I finished the insides of the cards by heat embossing sentiments from the Happy Christmas stamp set with the same gold embossing powder, and stamping the little snowflakes from the same set with the Unicorn White pigment ink and that was it!

I get asked a lot about where to purchase the supplies I use in my videos and blog posts. I list all the supplies I use at the end of my posts (below) or in the description box directly below my video on YouTube. If the product images have sets of letters below the image it means there's more than one place it can be purchased. SSS = Simon Says Stamp, AZ = Amazon, MFT = My Favourite Things, SnS = Scrap N Stamp (Canada) etc. Compensated affiliate links used when possible at no extra cost to you. Affiliate linking is what keeps my blog and YouTube channel up and running and enables me to work from home with my kids! I appreciate your support more than words can say!
I occasionally receive product for free from stores/manufacturer with no obligation on my part to use/review - I only use and share what I personally love. Everything else I purchase myself!
