Hello everyone! I finally got a chance to sit down and create with the Simon Says Stamp November card kit:
I heat embossed the large cluster of flowers and the KIND sentiment onto watercolour paper using Simon's Antique Gold embossing powder. I then watercolored them in using one of the SSS exclusive Daniel Smith watercolored dot charts and a small watercolor brush.
I fussy cut out the floral image and popped it up with foam tape, and die cut the KIND sentiment and popped it up as well.
To get the blue paper for the smaller sentiment I pained the blue watercolor onto a piece of watercolor paper, dried it then stamped and embossed the sentiment before trimming it out and popping it on with foam tape as well.
I kept the inside of the card very simple by just stamping another sentiment and heat embossing it with the same Antique Gold embossing powder and that was it!

I get asked a lot about where to purchase the supplies I use in my videos and blog posts. I list all the supplies I use at the end of my posts (below) or in the description box directly below my video on YouTube. If the product images have sets of letters below the image it means there's more than one place it can be purchased. SSS = Simon Says Stamp, AZ = Amazon, MFT = My Favourite Things, SnS = Scrap N Stamp (Canada) etc. Compensated affiliate links used when possible at no extra cost to you. Affiliate linking is what keeps my blog and YouTube channel up and running and enables me to work from home with my kids! I appreciate your support more than words can say!
I occasionally receive product for free from stores/manufacturer with no obligation on my part to use/review - I only use and share what I personally love. Everything else I purchase myself!
