Hello everyone! I had a little time today between laundry and whatnot to get a card made for this week's Color Throwdown Challenge:

Here's what I made:
I FINALLY got a chance to ink up Simon Says Stamp's Kaleidoscope Leaves Background stamp - I have literally been reaching for it for weeks now but every time end up making something else instead LOL. Today I was determined to use it.
I heat embossed the background onto Canson XL watercolor paper with SSS's Gold embossing powder, then did my "faux watercolor" by swiping Distress Inks onto the paper and spraying with water. You never know how it will turn out when you do this and it's always fun to see what happens!
I used my Mini MISTI to ink up the large "You" from the You Matter stamp set with the 3 same Distress Inks, then heat embossed the rest of the sentiment with the gold embossing powder.
