Well we're at the end of Wednesday now and despite me thinking today was Tuesday and messing up a big chunk of my week (whyyyyyyy) - I finally got this video edited and uploaded. I still have so many ideas for Halloween cards but I'm REALLY running out of time now!
These ones had to be made though - they were too cute not to:
I pulled out last year's Simon Says Stamp's Ghostly Greetings set - I LOVE this set and wanted to use it again this year! After getting the Spinning Ghosts wafer die the idea occurred to me the other day to use them to "frame" the main images from the Ghostly Greetings set.
I stamped the images from the set onto Neenah Classic Crest Solar White card stock with SSS Intense Black ink then coloured them all in with Copic markers. I added white gel pen highlights to all the images then fussy cut them out.
All the die cut ghosts were inlaid into the black card stock - and it was REALLY quick and easy to do - I show how in the video.
I popped all the main images onto the cards with Mini Action Wobbles - so they bounce around when you flick them. I also added Tonic Nuvo Glow in the Dark drops while I was at it.
I finished the insides of the card with sentiments and images from the Ghostly Greetings set and that was it!

I get asked a lot about where to purchase the supplies I use in my videos and blog posts. I list all the supplies I use at the end of my posts (below) or in the description box directly below my video on YouTube. If the product images have sets of letters below the image it means there's more than one place it can be purchased. SSS = Simon Says Stamp, AZ = Amazon, MFT = My Favourite Things, SnS = Scrap N Stamp (Canada) etc. Compensated affiliate links used when possible at no extra cost to you. Affiliate linking is what keeps my blog and YouTube channel up and running and enables me to work from home with my kids! I appreciate your support more than words can say!
I occasionally receive product for free from stores/manufacturer with no obligation on my part to use/review - I only use and share what I personally love. Everything else I purchase myself!
Like I mentioned in the video - I'm giving these cards away to 3 winners here on my blog! As long as you're OK with them arriving after Halloween, just follow the steps in the Rafflecopter widget below to be entered (and make sure you're using an e-mail address that you check frequently as I have to e-mail the winners to get their mailing address).
Thank you all SO much for your time and good luck!! (((hugs)))
