Happy Saturday everyone!
I was in the mood to make a quick and easy card the other night when I came across this old Art Impressions Cathy Caffeine stamp. I got it years ago - and it's still available (links below) so I decided to ink it up again:
I stamped the image onto Neenah Solar White 80lb card stock with Hero Arts Intense black ink and coloured it in with Copics.
I forgot to take a pic of the colors I used but I included them in the video for those that want to know!
After I coloured in the image I paper-pieced her shirt with a pattern from the Your Next Stamp Crazy for Coffee 6x6 papers. I also used a couple of the other papers in the pack on the card front.
I added some shimmer to her earrings and shirt and shoes with my Sakura Stardust pen - one always needs a pair of glittery shoes lol.
I used the remaining pieces of the patterned paper from the front of the card on the inside. In hindsight I would have adhered the patterned paper first THEN stamped the sentiment so that it was more centred inside those papers - BUT this is what happens when I'm making a card and my kids are running around in my office and we're just having fun LOL!
