I got some time during the little's nap time to make a card using items from the latest SSS Card Kit (check out my unboxing video of it here if you missed it):
I am really liking this kit as I think the stamp set and all the items are PERFECT for masculine cards! I especially like the stamp set - it has so many options for so many occasions.
I used the Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide ink pad that comes in the kit to create this fun splatter on the Ivory card stock behind the sentiment. I also cut all my layers with the SSS Stitched Rectangles wafer dies - I love using those to just add a little extra somethin' somethin' to an otherwise simple(r) card.
On the inside of the card I stamped the large border stamp with the Cracked Pistachio ink then stamped the sentiment and heart with the same Intense Black ink and that was it!
