Hey everyone! I hope y'all are having a great weekend so far :). I had some time yesterday to sit down and color so I pulled out a stamp I'd bought some time ago and never used (story of my crafting life) and decided to do some watercoloring:
I stamped this Penny Black Flower Cascade image onto Strathmore Ready Cut watercolour paper and heat embossed it with detail white embossing powder. I haven't used my Sakura Koi watercolours in a while so I pulled those out and watercolored in this image with them.
I used a Taylored Expressions stamp set (How Sweet It Is) and Die (Loved Script) to create my sentiment. The die was cut from the same watercolour paper then watercolored before being stacked with some light grey card stock die cuts. The stamped sentiment was heat embossed on vellum so that it would show up a bit more against the watercolored panel.
I also added some Studio Katia Sparkling Crystals to the card - LOVE them. Did y'all know that Simon Says Stamp is now carrying Studio Katia products? You can check them all out HERE <----click!
I kept the inside of the card simple and just stamped the Flower Cascade image again with some Memento Cantaloupe ink and that was it!

I get asked a lot about where to purchase the supplies I use in my videos and blog posts. I list all the supplies I use at the end of my posts (below) or in the description box directly below my video on YouTube. If the product images have sets of letters below the image it means there's more than one place it can be purchased. SSS = Simon Says Stamp, AZ = Amazon, MFT = My Favourite Things, SnS = Scrap N Stamp (Canada) etc. Compensated affiliate links used when possible at no extra cost to you. Affiliate linking is what keeps my blog and YouTube channel up and running and enables me to work from home with my kids! I appreciate your support more than words can say!
Items marked with an asterisk (*) have been sent by a store/manufacturer (with no obligation on my part to use/review - I only use and share what I personally love). Everything else I purchase myself!
