Tim Holtz Crazy Animals | Prismacolor Pencils | AmyR 2016 Christmas Card Series #16

Hello everyone! I shared the images I'd coloured for these cards on my Instagram account the other day and finally got the chance to make them into cards:

These are 4.25" Square Cards

I pulled out all my Tim Holtz/Stamper's Anonymous Crazy sets, and decided to make 3 different cards since I couldn't decide between the dogs, cats or birds LOL!

I stamped the images onto Strathmore Toned Grey sketch paper (I talk about that in the video) with Versafine Onyx Black ink and coloured them in with my Prismacolor Pencils.

I used the Prismacolor blender pencil to soften and blend the colors - it was my first time using it and I have to say I like it! It's no where near the blending and smoothness you'd get with artist grade odourless mineral spirits but it is a decent option.

I coated the ribbon on the gifts and the white part on the hats with Spectrum Noir Clear Sparkle Shimmer and then used the Nuvo Crystal Drops in Gloss white to add some accents.

I finished off the insides with strips of the same patterned papers I used on the fronts and a stamped Merry Christmas from the Crazy Talk stamp set and that was it!
