Hello everyone! I'm experiencing technical difficulties tonight (I've actual had them all day from one thing to another - nothing seems to be working properly for me today!) so my post is a little late and my video will be even later b/c YouTube is acting up for me again.
Anywho - this was this week's Color Throwdown inspiration:
Check out the CTD blog post HERE for all the inspiration from the rest of the team plus info if you'd like to play along!
As usual I took the inspiration pic literally:
I had to use the Tim Holtz Crazy Dogs stamp set again of course - and trust me I nearly went all out literal and was going to create sand and an ocean background but b/c of my crazy day my time was REALLY limited. So I went clean and simple!
I stamped the dog with MFT's Hybrid Kraft ink then watercolored it with my Clean Color Real Brush markers. It ended up becoming almost a "no-line watercolour" but not really - so I'll call it "Fake No-Line Watercolor"? I'm horrible with naming things....
I didn't need to use many markers - like I said clean and simple.
I finished the inside with the leftover frame of patterned paper, stamped the dog again then added a sentiment and that was it!
