Hello folks!
After the kids were in bed last night I spent some time colouring with my Polychromos pencils - I did a First Impressions/unboxing video of them here and then made a card with them here.
This time I wanted to try them out on Bristol Smooth card stock - and while I think the colors would blend amazingly on it with some artist grade mineral spirits (Gamsol), I decided to just color with them as-is and let the texture show:
It's been a while since I posted anything coffee-themed - don't worry I didn't forget about the series. My hope is to start doing more coffee-themed cards on a semi-regular basis!
This time I used the Penny Black Saying a Latte! stamp set - I stamped the image with SSS Intense Black ink onto the Bristol Smooth card stock then coloured it in with my Polychromos.
I stamped and embossed the sentiment on vellum, and added some Doodlebug Sprinkles enamel dots to finish it off.
I kept the inside uber-simple and stamped the remaining sentiment on the inside with grey ink and that was it!
