MFT Cheeky Monkey | Clean Color Real Brush Markers | Color Throwdown #399

Hey all! I'm TOTALLY behind with this as it was supposed to go up last night for today's Color Throwdown Challenge - I got my days mixed up (you know you spend too much time on the computer and the internet when you can't remember what day it is after going a few days without said computer and internet LOL!).

Anywho here's the challenge:

Here's what I came up with:

I pulled out MFT's Cheeky Monkey stamp set and my Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers to color them in.

I also show an alternative to using the MISTI to line up stamps with their coordinating dies (check out my Quick Tip video on that HERE if you missed it).

I couldn't resist adding splatter with my ink and then Copic Opaque white to the background - lately the mantra seems to be "splatter all the things"!

I finished off the inside of the card with a sentiment from the set and the second monkey I'd coloured along with the bunch of bananas and that was it!
