FINALLY getting a chance to share these cards - I made them a couple of weeks ago and time for editing videos has become 'nill!
Anywho - I wanted to try out some hot press watercolour paper. I finally got my hands on some (it's not that easy to get!) as I've heard it's pretty fabulous. What I did here with it was nothing fancy/unique - but one thing I will say though is you could get amazing stamped impressions on hot press paper b/c it is REALLY smooth. If you've ever worked with standard cold press watercolour paper you know it has a bit of a roughness to it (which varies by type), well hot press has almost none of that. Very very smooth so watercolour acts differently on it.
I didn't want to cover up these pieces once they were dry so I attached the die cut churches with clear flam and stamped a sentiment in black ink. Of course I couldn't hold off adding some PPP sequins ;).
I kept the insides simple with white on white using the same Churches die cuts, which left plenty of space for writing!
