Ahhhhh hard to believe this week is almost over! All my little crew aren't feeling well (insert sad face) so it's been a rough one all around. For whatever random reason though mister G-man decided to stay up late and play last night in his play area (that almost NEVER happens anymore - his latest interests involve freedom, cupboard doors and electrical sockets....) so I actually got the chance to start AND finish a card in one sitting while he played in front of my desk. To say I was impressed is an understatement.....(and I won't bother going into detail about how the rest of the night went).
SO - here's said card:
I think I was channeling my own get-well-wishes to my munchkins when making this card *wink*. I used Pretty Pink Posh's Rainy Days stamp set and coordinating dies along with the PPP Stitched Duo 3 Dies.
I used several Distress Inks and did a bunch of sponging and spraying to create the background, then did just sponging on all the stamped and embossed images.
Then to finish off the card I added a couple more clouds and some Iridescent Mini Heart Sequin Confetti and that was it!
