I made 2 cards for the launch featuring the new Bold Diagonal Stripes Background:
I had FUN with this one - one of those rare times that a random idea in my head actually WORKED lol!
I did film how I made this but ran out of time so I'll edit and upload the video tomorrow hopefully!
I used my Artist Loft watercolours and painted different colors onto the background stamping before pressing a piece of watercolour card stock onto it - I got this fun rainbow effect that looks hand painted. SO happy with how it turned out!
I stamped and embossed the sentiment in white and added some black enamel dots (b/c I'm obsessed with all things enamel dot lately).
I finished off the inside by stamping another sentiment with Black Licorice hybrid ink and coloured in the 2 hearts with a bit of the same watercolours.
For my second card I stamped the background with Versamark onto Grout Grey card stock and embossed it with clear embossing powder.
Of course I had to use the new Hot Cocoa Cups Die-namics and Hug in a Mug stamp set because hot chocolate. ;)
I finished off the inside of this one with more sentiments from the same set along with a stamped heart (I'm kinda into adding those lately to the insides of cards - it just adds a little something don't you think?) and that was it!
