For today's cards I used the new Crosshatch Background and Fireplace Die-namics:
Instead of creating a Christmas-themed card with the fireplace I went neutral and left off any sentiments - leaving this card open to be used for multiple occasions (new home, thinking of you, etc etc).
The mantle was looking a little bare so I created the "vases" by using the Cheers Glass Charms Die-namics and cutting off the stems and sponging them with ink.
For my second card I went with a totally different theme:
One of my favourite themes ;) ;).
I used a bunch of new products on this card and just had fun with it. The Cool Cup Die-namics was die cut from watercolour card stock after I'd added brown and white watercolours to make it look like cream swirled in (ice ;)) coffee.
I LOVE the Field Green color of ink and card stock because it's the perfect shade of green for a certain brand of coffee that I am personally addicted to LOL!
I finished off the inside with a sentiment from the older Perk Up stamp set and some stamped snowflakes and that was it!
