Hello everyone!
It has been MONTHS - MONTHS! Since I've shared a card making video on here! I've done a couple for the MFT blog in the last few weeks (you can find them under the MFTv category here <---click!) but until now haven't done any for my own blog for almost 6 months. That is so insane for me - and I honestly didn't think it's been THAT long - but it has.
So hopefully this will be the first of many and now that I'm FINALLY getting back into it I'll be able to be (somewhat) regular with videos again; because let's face it - I've got 4 kids and a lot on my plate. I really missed doing the card-making videos though, and making cards "just for fun". So I hope y'all are crossing your fingers along with me LOL!
This one was a challenge - the stamp set literally just arrived yesterday, and I had big plans on getting this card made and the video done and uploaded last night. That obviously didn't happen. The card got made at 2am (I think I mention that in the video) and the editing and actual uploading didn't happen until this afternoon as I lucked out and had both littles napping at the same time (that almost never happens!).
And now all the kids are running around like crazy and I've got Gavin in my arms as I type up this post LOL!
Anywho - Simon Says Stamp has their big STAMPtember celebration going on all month. I mentioned it in a previous post. Along with the tons of stamps and dies they've released they're doing exclusive collaborations with many other stamp companies - one of which is My Favorite Things. The stamp set from them is PERFECT in my opinion - I was lucky enough to have it sent to me but I would have bought it regardless. It's a must-have thank you set!
