MFT July New Product Launch: Blueprints 26

The countdown and waiting is over! All the new MFT July products are available NOW at the MFT Boutique!

I was able to get a couple of cards made using the new Blueprints 26 Die-namics. That's definitely a great way to start when you've been out of the game (like me) or are just feeling "stuck" creatively. The Blueprints have all the pieces plus the sketches you can download to get creating without a whole lot of effort.

I used the new Piece of Cake stamp set to stamp the word "birthday" onto the tag and embossed it with some detail white embossing powder.

A quick and easy way to give die cut card stock more depth is to sponge the same color (or a darker color) of ink onto the card stock - the Ranger mini ink blending tools are PERFECT for this. And MFT's dye inks sponge beautifully IMO!

For my second card I used the new Star Celebration Background stamp and the new Brushstroke Birthday Greetings Die-namics.

I die cut the large balloon from Sour Apple card stock then sponged on the same color of ink and that was it!
