Today's card was a bit of a hat trick in a way LOL as I used ALL of the sneak peek products on this card plus a few other dies.
And then the inside:

I used some new and some older MFT products for today's card - and actually got some time to really sit down and create b/c a VERY good friend took my two littlest munchkins for a long walk so I had some real alone time for the first time in WEEKS (or months? I honestly can't remember it's been so long!). Without going into a long story lets just say this person has come into my life when I needed her the most - and giving a person a handmade thank you card is one small way to show some gratitude. Getting that time today and actually making this card reminded me WHY I enjoy making cards to much!
Anywho before I start getting all emotional here in a blog post (I still have lots of new baby hormones raging LOL) here's the card:
I combined the new Abstract Cover-Up Die-namics with the new Lace Background and the new Pierced Fancy Flourish Die-namics. I made a few rolled flowers to add some fun embellishment. I love using those on cards I hand deliver - but they are definitely mail-able you just need a good padded envelope and I recommend some extra padding around the flowers to prevent them getting squashed. Of course that ups the postage but it's always worth it in my opinion!
I finished off the inside with a stamped sentiment that MORE than fit my thoughts for the recipient, and left plenty of space for me to write my thanks down and that was it!

I was able to get this card together while the 2 older kids were at school and the 2 younger were napping (at the same time! That's been RARE). In fact the youngest munchkin is starting to stir so I need to get this post typed up ASAP!
Birdie Brown's sets have been awesome every month haven't they? SO adorable. I am totally getting a kick out of this new Penguins in Paradise set. I watched that Penguins of Madagascar movie with the kids not too long ago and we all got a kick out of it. Honestly they were my favourite part of all the other movies.
Anywho - I created a little "scene" using the new Zig Zag Stitched Oval STAX Die-namics with the Snow Drift Die-namics (perfect for sand too) and some Kraft and Summer Splash card stock.
I colored in the stamped die cuts with Copics then popped the whole scene onto a card base with foam tape.
I finished off the inside with another penguin and a sentiment from the set and that was it :).

Hello everyone! It's the beginning of the countdown for MFT's June release! LOTS of great products again this month - make sure to check out their blog post for all of today's sneak peek info plus links to all the other DT member's blog posts.
I got a *little* time to stamp - lately my little man has decided to turn his days and nights around and sleep is for the weak :P. So it's been a little over-exhausting among everything else. But I got a card done FTW and it was nice to have even that little bit of time (in VERY small spurts here and there LOL) to make something:
I die cut some watercolour card stock with the new Zig Zag Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-namics, then stamped the Happy Birthday sentiment from the new Written in watercolour set with Black Licorice Hybrid ink.
I then "smooshed" 3 different dye inks onto a craft sheet and sprayed it with water before pressing the watercolour card stock into it. Really fun and it always turns out different every time.
I finished off the inside by using the same dye inks to ink up this sentiment from the Birthday Chalkboard Greetings set and that was it!

For my card today I'm focusing on the new Cross-Stitch Oval STAX Die-namics:
I used the ovals to frame a sentiment from the new For the Boys stamp set to create a Father's Day card. I stamped the sentiment on the white oval then die cut larger ones from Blueberry card stock and vellum.
To create the background I used one of the dies from the new Blueprints 25 Die-namics, then added some die cut stars using dies from the same set and foil card stock.
I finished off the inside with another stamped sentiment and stars and the remaining die cut stars and that was it!

I LOVE the new Decor & More Die-namics dies - I totally have plans on owning most (probably all with my OCD tendencies) of them eventually. I can see myself making a lot of personalized things for my kids with these dies!
With my "A" die I created a little decor stand that I can prop on my shelf here by my computer, and stamped it with the new Myriad Dot background and embellished it with the new Build-able Blooms stamps and dies.
To enable it to stand up I die-cut a second A from white card stock and scored a line along the top to create a stand.

I used the new Flamingos Die-namics and Tickled Pink stamp set to make this card - how CUTE are these flamingos?
And quickly finished off the inside with another stamped sentiment from the Tickled Pink set - really loving the fonts in this set too :).
And now I have to run - my little man is just starting to fuss in his swing and I need to get him changed and fed before a full-on meltdown ensues ;) Have a great one everybody!

This is a 4-Bar sized card.
I used one of the new Pure Innocence cuties for this card - the new Perfect Harmony set. After stamping and die-cutting her I coloured her in with Copics.
The sentiment I stamped onto a speech bubble die cut and popped both that and the main image up on am tape.
I finished off the inside by stamping the PI character again this time with the Pink Lemonade dye ink then stamping the rest of the sentiment over it with the Black Licorice ink and that was it!

I used the new Barn Die-namics as the focus on this card and combined it with the new Grassy Fields Die-namics (May's Free with $60 Die-namics) and the Myriad Dot Background stamp.
The sentiments on both the outside and inside of the card are from the new The Whole Herd stamp set by Birdie Brown. CUTEST set ever - and these sentiments went perfectly with the barn of course ;)
