So this picture was the inspiration for this week's Bellariffic Friday challenge - I was stumped for a bit as to what to make. With the preggo brain going strong and a REAL need to nap most of the time (LOL) I have been really struggling with the card making!
But after a bit of thought this is what I came up with:
I was inspired by the black and white photo to make a black and white card. And looking at the Eiffel Tower in the background I thought my Uptown Girl MOLLY makes a DETOUR was rather fitting ;).
I stamped the image onto MFT Steel Grey card stock with VersaMark and embossed it with detail white embossing powder.
The ribbon is from my stash - I made a slit through the grey card stock with my craft knife to thread the ribbon through so that the bow wouldn't be hanging off the edge of the card.
The prima flowers, brads and clear baubles are all from my stash - I've had them for YEARS and no longer have source links for them (sorry!). It's been a long time since I've used anything like that on my cards!
I finished off the inside of the card by stamping the image again with a grey Memento ink, then stamping the sentiment that comes with it in black ink and that was it! :)
