This card ended up being one of those ones that the rough idea in my head before I started ended up looking NOTHING like the finished card LOL! But it was fun nonetheless.
I used this Pollycraft Rain stamp and decided I wanted to make it look like it was raining around the image - and what better way to do that than to use my SSS Falling Hearts stencil? Too perfect for words :).
I've had my Prismacolor pencils sitting out for a couple of days now so I tend to reach for whatever is handy when I DO have time to create - so that's what I used to color in the image. I added some glossy shimmer with my Pico embellisher while I was at it - it's subtle but so pretty.
