I had some "play" time today while the older kids were at their grandparents, Katelyn was napping and hubby was out ice fishing (I will NEVER understand them enjoying sitting out on the ice staring at a hole in -30C temps LOL - and I've grown up and lived here all my life!). So while everyone was "out" I played with distress inks and markers and just had some fun and this was the result:
I filmed the whole process while I was at it of course and was able to get it edited before Katelyn woke up, and it's just finished processing now so I can get this post up now that everyone's gone to bed!
I've included this in my Valentine series but this is another one of those "any occasion" sort of cards - I just couldn't resist the cute images in the YNS Sea Creatures Two set and had to use them.
For once I was able to somewhat capture the shimmer from the Wink of Stella - but that's also b/c I loaded it on to the Octopus image ;). I show in the video what I did to make it extra sparkly/shimmery.
I also mention in the video that my Underwater Sentiments set is an OLD set that was released years ago. It's still available as are all the sets I've released - over 80 now! Pretty much words/sentiments for any and all occasion.
