For today's card I did double duty and participated in the latest Wednesday Sketch Challenge along with my sneak peeks:
And here's the card I made:
I used Blueprints 1, 2 and 15 for all the large layers, stamping the Red Hot card stock with the new Fine Chevron Background using Sweet Tooth pigment ink.
The sentiment is from the new Gifting Fun stamp set and I stamped that with the Sweet Tooth ink as well and then embossed it with white embossing powder.
This little girlie is from the new Jingle All the Way stamp set and I ADORE her. She totally reminds me of a certain little munchkin I have running around the house ;). I die cut the image with the matching die-namics set and colored her in with Copics.
To finish off the inside I die cut a piece of Gumball Green card stock with the 2nd largest Stitched Rectangle STAX dies, then ran it through the machine again with one of the Gift Card Grooves dies (I have a video on the MFT blog today showing how these all work - LOVE them). I stamped a sentiment between the grooves from the Gifting Fun stamp set, that will be concealed when the gift card is inserted into the grooves.
I colored a couple more stamped die cuts from the Jingle All the Way set and that finished off my card!
