I can't believe I'm up to 13 Halloween videos in this series already! And it's not even October!! If you missed any I'll have links to them all at the end of this (long) post. Normally I end at 13 as it seems a fitting number for Halloween *wink* - but last year I posted a couple bonus videos and this year I KNOW I'll be doing more - I have several stamps sitting here BEGGING to be used for Halloween so I'll keep this Halloween Series going for a while yet!

Now onto the Halloween card:
I used Roberto's Rascals Witch Sue for my main images. I love his stamps. He's got a couple other really cute Witch Sue images - you can see all of them HERE. And of course I used my Spooked Out Sentiments to go with it.
I used my Spectrum Noir pencils to color in this image, and Distress inks to create the splattered background (that was stamped with the largest sentiment stamp from my Spooked Out Sentiments set).
