I'm glad y'all enjoyed all the sneak peek posts for the MFT August countdown! I'm back with a few more projects for Day 1 of the Release Rewind. Check out the MFT blog for the full list of links to the other DT members playing along today!
I've got 2 cards and 3 tags to share - ALL Halloween - and 2 videos while I'm at it:
I had 2 inlaid panels that I had created using the new Spiderweb Cover-Up Die-namics for the product video (check that out HERE), so of course I had to use them on a couple cards!
For this first one I embossed one of the sentiments from the Spooky Sentiments set onto a strip of vellum with orange and black embossing powder, then added some die cut spiders from the Centerpieces Spooky Window Die-namics die.
I finished off the inside of the card with more die cut spiders (I created their eyes with some White Opal Liquid Pearls and a black pen) and another stamped sentiment from the Spooky Sentiments set.
I used my second inlay panel for the second card, and embossed another sentiment from the Spooky Sentiments set onto a strip of vellum with the orange and black embossing powders.
I then adhered a bunch of Doodlebug Beetle Black Sequins all over the card and framed the Spiderweb Cover-Up with some silver glitter paper (Michaels).
I finished off the inside of this one with a strip of vellum I embossed another sentiment on and some more die cut spiders to hide the glue!

I then created 3 fun Halloween tags using MFT's Tag Builder Blueprints 1 Die-namics and the new Spooky Scene Die-namics. With some of their dye inks and sponging I created the variegated backgrounds and then adhered all the die cuts. So fun and quick and easy!
