Sooooo close! I've got another card sharing some new MFT May goodies and make sure to head on over to MFT's blog post to see everything being shown today and links to all the other DT member's blog posts!
This card could be a perfect Father's Day card, or a great thank you card, or even just a thinking of you card!
I used the new Centerpieces You Mean the World to Me Die-namics - which is this month's Free with $60 (meaning you can't buy it, only earn it for free with a purchase of $60 or more. It will be available for sale next month when a new Free with $60 takes it's place).
I ran it through my die cut machine 3 separate times using Primitive White, Gumdrop Green and Sno Cone card stock. With the Sno Cone piece after I'd die cut it I then ran it through a second time using one of my Circle Stax 1 dies and ended up with the "world" you see above.
It was then just a matter of matting the Primitive White die cut on a piece of Steel Grey card stock, then piecing in the die cut Sno Cone world and Gumdrop Green "land" pieces.
I used hte Staggered Heart Border Die-namics to cut a heart from some Red Hot card stock and added that to the card as well.
I finished off the inside of the card with another die cut heart, and stamped the new Grid Background stamp on an angle on a piece of Primitive White card stock that I die cut with the large stitched panel die from Blueprints 15.
