Some days no matter what things just don't go my way LOL! I had issues getting the voiceover done on the video (as soon as I sat down the kids start fighting, the baby starts crying, phone starts ringing - never fails!), then finally got that done after a few re-do's, then I typed up this entire post and had it all ready to go and accidentally refreshed my browser :P.
Typed (my blog host) USED to have a feature that would save unfinished posts but I haven't seen that feature for some time now (which really frustrates me b/c I pay good money to host this blog so options like that would be really nice b/c I lose posts too often! And I really hate re-typing them - kind of like I hate repeating myself LOL!) soooo I'm starting this post again from scratch - ah well!
I made this card a week ago and am FINALLY getting it up here for y'all. I've been by myself with the kids all week as my hubby's been away up north on a once-in-a-lifetime fly-in fishing trip he earned through his work. He left for the Northwest Territories earlier on this week and gets back late tonight - I haven't talked to him since he left b/c the fishing lodge is somewhere up past Yellowknife and there's no cell phone reception that far north (he's about 2000km away from where we live here in SK). So while he's been fishing and catered to and having the time of his life I've been tending to everything at home - which wasn't too bad I'll admit LOL it just didn't give me much "free time" to get things like cards made or videos edited *wink*.
On a side note I'm kind of hoping for something nice for my birthday and/or Christmas when the time comes....only fair right? ;)
