Well I'm FINALLY back - these past few weeks have been beyond hectic, and being sick for nearly 2 weeks threw off everything I had planned to get done.
Anywho tho I've been stamping a bit and have a card to share.
Every Tuesday on the ATS blog there is a "review preview day" where the ATS DT makes cards with the latest release of CCD stamps - and today's RP was focused on the May Swiss Pixie release and the new AmyR Great Greetings set.
I stamped the Cute Birgitta image onto CCD CQ80lb cardstock with Memento ink and colored her in with Copics. I added some Coffee Ice stickles to her hair to give it some sparkle and paper pieced her little romper.
All the patterned papers are from the MME Stella & Rose Mabel 6x6 pack.
The stone wall stamp is actually larger than what you see here - I decided to use only the top half of it so I colored it then cut it out. All the texture you see on the stones was done by dabbing a Copic Colorless Blender onto it.
The 'Just Because' sentiment is from the Great Greetings set. I stamped it onto one of the patterned papers then punched it out with my SU! Key Tag punch.
On the inside of the card I used the SP Lightpost again by stamping it with grey Memento ink onto the lined patterned paper and coloring it in.
I then stamped the little companion sentiment to the 'Just Because' from the Great Greetings set and that was it!
