Something not well known about me is that I'm actually a pretty sarcastic person. Those that do know me or that meet me "in real life" get to know that quite quickly LOL! I don't think I come across as sarcastic on here - it's just one of those things that you can't really portray when you're typing out all the words...
Reason why I'm saying that is b/c of the title of today's post - picture me saying it really sarcastically - then you "get it".
I have really been neglectful of this blog for a LONG time now - pretty much ever since I opened my salon downtown last September (wow - can't believe it's been nearly a year!!) and started working outside the house full time.
**this is where I started to ramble and had several paragraphs on all kinds of things - I wasn't planning on getting in to all that today so I saved all that - maybe I'll post some of it sometime - but for now I'll just get to the card**
I made this card weeks ago - along with a few others that I still have saved on my computer - so here it is:
This was another one of the Bella images I had colored one day at work (you can check out that post here) and then used to make this card.
The sentiment is from my Love Sentiments set.
The Prima flowers are from my stash and the brads are all DoodleBug.
This is loveybella - I stamped her onto CCD White Cardstock (Memento Ink) and colored her in with Copic Markers. I also added dabs of Stardust Stickles to the flowers for a little added bling.
I used a Nestabilities Die (Labels 4 - I seem to reach for that set the most often - they're perfect for A2 cards in my opinion) to cut out the image.
All the patterned paper is from the AC I Heart You Collection (which is what I had colored all the images to match with in the first place). I had ordered it from ATS MONTHS ago, and then made all these cards (of which I have one or two left to post) and just haven't gotten around to posting them all. Anyway there is still some of the collection left at ATS and it's all 50% off - you can see it all HERE <---click!
This is another one of those cards where I've kept the inside super-simple. I just lined it with one of the pale pink patterned papers from the AC collection and left it at that.
Thanks for stopping by everyone!
